Delivery times are estimates only. KAYO is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, high-volume periods, or events beyond our control.

Risk passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
